Position Summary 

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our marketing efforts organized, up to date, and running smoothly. This is an operations-focused position that supports campaigns behind the scenes—from uploading assets and managing timelines to helping with outreach lists, surveys, and digital content updates. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and enjoys being the go-to person for making sure things don’t fall through the cracks. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Track and manage marketing timelines across events and campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed and routed on time. 

  • Maintain internal folders, content libraries, and tracking documents to ensure all team members have access to the latest materials. 

  • Support website updates by reviewing content for accuracy, uploading files, and flagging outdated or missing information. 

  • Assist with contact list organization and outreach preparation, helping to identify and gather appropriate audiences for campaigns. 

  • Set up and monitor post-event surveys, organize attendee feedback, and help summarize findings to share internally. 

  • Coordinate print and signage logistics, including tracking approvals, managing deadlines, and working with vendors to place orders. 

  • Upload and organize video content across internal and external platforms, ensuring access and proper file management. 

  • Assist with scheduling social media posts, maintaining content calendars, and organizing branded materials for sharing. 

  • Work across teams to gather marketing needs, confirm details, and help route items for review and sign-off. 

Qualifications 

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, project coordination, or a similar role 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Clear, professional communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset 

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment 

  • Interest in events, education, or healthcare marketing is a plus
