We’re growing fast—and looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team and help bring our conferences and brand to life.
Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will support the development and delivery of digital and print marketing assets across a wide range of oncology education programs. This is a creative and highly collaborative role focused on building materials, coordinating updates, managing content across platforms, and maintaining brand consistency.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to ensure every program is accurately promoted and supported with high-quality visuals, emails, signage, and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
Support marketing efforts for live conferences and webinars by creating, updating, and managing digital and print assets, ensuring accuracy across dates, agendas, and program details.
Build and update email campaigns using provided templates, with a focus on attention to detail, quality control, and keeping all information current.
Design branded graphics in Canva, including speaker spotlights, meeting invitations, recruitment banners, and simple social media assets that follow approved visual guidelines.
Maintain program landing pages and help launch new pages as events are added; monitor pages for accuracy and apply updates as needed.
Coordinate signage and printed materials for each meeting, working with vendors to order foam boards, banners, flyers, and booklets on deadline.
Upload and organize content including videos, speaker interviews, and post-event sessions to various platforms (YouTube, Dropbox, VuMedi, etc.).
Manage social media scheduling using Hootsuite, supporting visibility for upcoming meetings and internal team culture.
Create and manage post-event surveys, summarize results, and share takeaways with internal stakeholders to help inform future programs.
Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and alignment across departments.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role (healthcare, nonprofit, or education industry a plus)
Strong design sense and proficiency in Canva or similar platforms
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities
Solid communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and in a remote team environment
Helpful Platform Experience
