    • Identify specific clinical trials available to patients with advanced or refractory cancers across various tumor types and stages of disease.

    • Describe actionable molecular or genetic alterations that guide therapy selection and support the use of targeted or immunologic agents in personalized cancer care.

    • Discuss the integration of novel therapies into current treatment algorithms, including sequencing and combination strategies across disease states.

    • Evaluate emerging strategies to reduce disparities in cancer care, including efforts to improve clinical trial access and representation among underserved populations.
