The Third Annual Hematology Think Tank: Now and Tomorrow will take place April 30–May 2, 2027, in Chicago, Illinois. This highly interactive educational forum brings together internationally recognized leaders in malignant hematology to examine the current state of care while exploring the innovations that will define the future of the field. Through expert presentations, multidisciplinary panel discussions, audience engagement, and select debates, faculty will address emerging data, evolving treatment paradigms, translational research, cellular therapies, precision medicine, and the practical challenges of integrating new evidence into clinical practice. Covering a broad spectrum of hematologic malignancies— including leukemias, lymphomas, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes, myeloproliferative neoplasms, and CAR T-cell therapy—the program is designed to foster meaningful collaboration and provide actionable insights that attendees can immediately apply to patient care. This program will be hosted as an in-person event only.
