The Third Annual Biomarkers, Genes, and Targets (BGTs) in Solid Tumors will take place August 27–28, 2027, in Chicago, Illinois. This multidisciplinary educational forum brings together leading experts from across solid tumor oncology to explore the rapidly evolving role of biomarkers, genomic alterations, and actionable targets in precision cancer care. Through expert-led presentations, multidisciplinary panel discussions, debates, and interactive exchanges, faculty will examine the latest advances across melanoma, head and neck, CNS, breast, gynecologic, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and thoracic cancers. The program will also address emerging approaches with broad implications across tumor types, including next-generation sequencing, liquid biopsy, minimal residual disease (MRD), and multi-cancer early detection (MCED). Designed to move beyond disease-specific updates, BGTs provides a unique forum for examining how advances in molecular testing and biomarker-guided treatment are reshaping clinical decision-making and the future of personalized oncology care.
