This Cancer Updates GI & Breast Conference consists of educational activities designed to meet the needs of medical oncologists, pharmacists, advanced practitioners, and nurses involved in the treatment of gastrointestinal and breast cancers.   • Evaluate the role of emerging therapies in GI and breast cancer treatment, including new medications, targeted therapies, and immunotherapies.

  • Apply evidence-based strategies to improve patient outcomes in community oncology settings, focusing on the integration of new treatment approaches.

  • Assess and manage side effects and toxicities associated with current and emerging therapies in GI and breast cancer patients.

  • Discuss multidisciplinary care approaches that enhance collaboration between oncologists, pharmacists, nurses, and advanced practitioners in treating GI and breast cancers.
