The SEEK Color Certificate Program is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion accountability initiative that encourages cancer care clinicians to pursue education and resources that help them better serve patients of color, with the mission of ending disparities in care.

To overcome the disparities that exist in both cancer care and in life, we not only have to see people for their unique, individual experience but we must seek them out.
-
We must seek opportunities for inclusion.
-
We must seek education on differences in treatment.
-
We must seek to understand barriers that inhibit access.
SEEK Color is about asking the tough questions, it’s about digging into and evaluating the systems that perpetuate inequities. We may not have all the answers, but we’re encouraging the cancer care community to seek out solutions.

See workshop schedule below. Register free for one or more events.
Clinicians who participate in at least three SEEK Color workshops through-out the calendar year will earn a certificate that shows their commitment to the mission.
Health care team members who complete the certificate will be featured on a searchable map so patients know who has invested in DE&I education.
